Services are gradually improving. The Tax Agent Portal and the BAS Agent Portal are working and pre-filling is now available.
We expect the practitioner lodgment service (PLS) and Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI) to be available later this evening. We are working on restoring the Australian Business Register (ABR) as a priority.
The ELS gateway in Waymouth is still offline but you can lodge through the Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane gateways in the meantime.
We encourage you to continue lodging and for your clients to pay their November activity statements on time. As noted last week, we will advise how we will manage deferrals for any November activity statements which you are unable to lodge by the due date because of the systems outage.
We will continue to keep you informed of our progress and apologise for the inconvenience.
